Canpack has launched its aluminum beverage can factory in Tocancipá, Cundinamarca, Colombia, with an investment of US$150 million. The 75,000 m2 plant can produce about 1.3 billion cans a year, expandable to 1.9 billion, and will serve Peru, Ecuador and the Caribbean.
