Dow secures full ownership of MHPPO propylene oxide plant in Thailand

Siam Styrene Monomer Co., Ltd. (SSMC), a joint venture between Dow and SCG Chemicals, announced an adjustment of capital structure in MTP HPPO Manufacturing Co., Ltd (MHPPO). Effective immediately, Dow secures full ownership of MHPPO, which produces propylene oxide for polyurethane manufacturing in Rayong, Thailand.
