Perangsang Packaging launches unconditional RM1.75 per share takeover of Century Bond

Perangsang Packaging, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor, is acquiring the remaining shares of Century Bond at RM1.75 cash per share. On 5 January 2017 it issued compulsory acquisition notices to holders who have not accepted the offer.
