W.R. Grace licenses Unipol PP technology to Dongguan Grand Resource for new PP plant

W.R. Grace was contracted in Q4 2016 to license its Unipol PP gas-phase process technology to Dongguan Grand Resource Science & Technology for a new polypropylene plant in Dongguan, China. The plant will produce 600,000 t/y of homopolymer resins and is expected to begin operations in 2019.
