HCL-Foxconn JV India Chip to build OSAT facility in Uttar Pradesh

India Chip Private Limited, a joint venture between HCL and Foxconn, will establish an outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facility in Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh, with a total investment of over INR 3,700 crore.
