# Chin Hin to build third AAC plant in Serendah, Malaysia

Chin Hin Group Berhad's subsidiary Starken AAC Sdn. Bhd. signed an MOU with Jiangsu Teeyer Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd. to procure AAC production machinery for a third manufacturing facility in Serendah, Selangor. The plant will add over 1,000,000 cubic meters per year capacity and is scheduled for full production by 31 May 2026.
