IKM Gruppen signed an agreement to buy 100% of the shares of Flux Holding AS, a Norwegian supplier of umbilicals, valves, hoses and couplings for the energy sector. Flux has about 61 employees and sites in Stavanger, Bergen and Porsgrunn. The price was not disclosed.
