China Power International Development announced a RMB27.7 billion ($3.8 billion) group asset restructuring to acquire SPIC Yuanda Environmental Protection, transferring its interests in Wu Ling Power Corporation and SPIC Guangxi Changzhou Hydropower Development to Yuanda Environmental, settled via share issuances and cash.
