# Microport Cardioflow to acquire full ownership of MP Cardioadvent

Microport Cardioflow Medtech Corp announced that Microport Sinica and Shanghai Zuoqing have conditionally agreed to sell their 35.27% and 13.73% stakes in MP Cardioadvent, respectively, for a total consideration of RMB 170.9 million. Upon completion, MP Cardioadvent will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Microport Cardioflow.
