# Solid Group opens new machine tool plant in Vologda, Russia

Solid Group, in cooperation with Chinese Sealion Machine Tool, opened the first workshop of the Vologda Metalworking Equipment Plant (VZMO) on May 15, 2025. The plant will produce CNC lathes and milling machines, with initial annual capacity of 70 lathes and 30 milling machines, creating 30 jobs.
