# Colbún acquires remaining 41.4% stake in Fenix Power Perú

Colbún S.A., through its subsidiary Colbún Perú S.A., signed a contract to acquire the remaining 41.4% stake in Fenix Power Perú from a subsidiary of ADIA, gaining full ownership of the 572 MW gas-fired power plant in Chilca. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
