# Mehler Texnologies and Heytex merge under MehlerHeytex brand

Effective immediately, Mehler Texnologies and the core business of Heytex Group, both part of Freudenberg Group, have merged and will operate under the new name MehlerHeytex. The acquisition of Heytex's core business by Freudenberg Performance Materials was completed in December 2024.
