# Hanwha Semitech signs purchase contract with SK Hynix for HBM TC bonder

Hanwha Semitech successfully passed SK Hynix's final quality test and signed a purchase contract for its HBM TC bonder (SFM5-Expert). This is the first time Hanwha Semitech will supply an HBM TC bonder to a customer, and it joins the NVIDIA supply chain.
