# AI Group and CloudMinds form joint venture for humanoid robots in Hong Kong

AI Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guohua (00370), has signed a cooperation agreement with CloudMinds (Danta) to restructure Hong Kong Robotics into a joint venture for humanoid robot business in Hong Kong and overseas. AI Group will hold 51% and CloudMinds 49%. The JV plans to raise $100 million in 2025 and $200 million in 2026 for R&D.
