Celltrion signed a binding MOA with Chungnam Province and Yesan County to invest 300 billion KRW by 2028 to build a new biopharmaceutical production plant in the Naepo Agricultural Life Convergence Industry Cluster in Sapgyo-eup, Yesan County. Land acquisition and infrastructure are targeted for completion by first half of 2027.
