# Baosteel, Baowu Aluminium and Kobe Steel inaugurate automotive aluminum sheet JV in Shanghai

Baoshan Iron & Steel, Baowu Aluminum Technology and Kobe Steel officially inaugurated their joint venture Kobelco Baosteel Automotive Aluminum Rolled Products Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. Kobelco holds 50%, Baosteel and Baowu Aluminium jointly own the remaining 50%.
