# Samvardhana Motherson forms JV with Matsui Mfg. for automation solutions

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) announced a strategic joint venture with Japan-based Matsui Mfg. Co. Ltd. to deliver manufacturing automation solutions in Japan and other markets. The JVC will be incorporated in Japan with an initial authorized share capital of JPY 300 million, split evenly between SAHN B.V. and Matsui.
