# Evonik and Fuhua form joint venture for hydrogen peroxide in China

Evonik and Fuhua Tongda Chemicals Company have established Evonik Fuhua Materials (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., a joint venture in Leshan, Sichuan Province, to produce and market hydrogen peroxide. Evonik holds a 51% stake, with Fuhua owning 49%. Production is set to begin in the first half of 2026.
