# Hera to increase stake in AIMAG to 41% via water service contribution

Hera S.p.A. and AIMAG S.p.A. signed a framework agreement under which Hera will contribute a 45% stake in a Newco managing the integrated water service in Modena province to AIMAG, increasing Hera's stake in AIMAG from 25% to about 41%. The transaction is expected to close by June 2025.
