# Yulin Energy Chemical signs process package contract for 100,000 tpa POE unit

Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. signed a process package contract with Shanghai Hetu Engineering and Hangzhou Xingchuan New Materials for a 100,000 tonnes per year polyolefin elastomer (POE) unit as part of its epoxy resin integration project in Shenmu, Shaanxi. The unit will be the world's first to produce POE using only ethylene as feedstock.
