Qili Jinrui New Materials is preparing for trial production of its 300,000-tonne-per-year bio-based biodegradable plastic project in Linqu County, Shandong. Phase 1, with an investment of CNY 1.2 billion, will produce 60,000 tonnes of PBAT and 10,000 tonnes of brominated epoxy resin annually, with production expected to start in February 2026.
