# INOAC and Rogers dissolve joint ventures in Japan and China

INOAC and Rogers Corporation agreed to dissolve their joint ventures in Japan and China as of 5 November 2024. Rogers Inoac Corporation in Japan will become a wholly owned subsidiary of INOAC, while Rogers Inoac Suzhou Corporation in China will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Rogers.
