PG Electroplast, through its subsidiary PG Technoplast, signed a definitive agreement with Spiro Mobility to manufacture electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries and related components. PG Technoplast will set up and manage manufacturing facilities, while Spiro handles R&D, marketing, sales and distribution.
