Grupo Acerero (GASA) completed installation of an electric arc furnace (EAF) for a new steel mill to produce slab and sheet steel plate, with a capacity of 650,000 metric tons per year. The company will invest $150 million in the Beskar Project. Slab production is expected to begin in April 2025.
