Hainan Haiyao Co., Ltd signed a joint venture agreement with Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and Xenios AG to develop and produce ECMO-compatible products. Haiyao will invest RMB 200 million for a 45% stake, while Xenios AG will hold 40%.
