# Knauf builds second insulation plant in Illange, France

Knauf Ceiling Solutions has started construction of a new plant in Illange, Moselle, to produce insulating ceiling tiles using rock wool from the adjacent Knauf Insulation plant. The investment is €110 million, with production capacity of 19 million square meters per year. The plant is expected to start operations in Q2 2025 and create 50 jobs.
