# Sofidel agrees to acquire Hakle trademark and brands from Hakle GmbH

Sofidel signed an agreement to acquire the Hakle trademark, the Dick&Durstig and Servus brands, and related IP and domains from Hakle GmbH. Hakle GmbH will keep producing paper at its Düsseldorf-Reisholz site under a new name. The deal takes effect after regulatory authorization.
