# MMK to build machine building workshop for heavy engineering equipment

MMK Group's subsidiary Mekhanoremontny Kompleks is investing over RUB 5 billion ($54.42 million) to construct a machine building workshop with a capacity of 10,000 units per year, producing heavy engineering equipment for metallurgical, mining, processing, lifting and transport applications. The workshop is scheduled for start-up in the last quarter of 2025.
