# Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems expand MTU Yuchai Power joint venture

Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems have signed an agreement for the second phase of their MTU Yuchai Power joint venture, extending production of mtu Series 4000 engines and adding Series 2000 and Yuchai VC engines. Mass production is scheduled for the second half of 2025.
