INEOS (Changzhou) Specialty Materials Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for an 18,000-ton annual vinyl ester resin expansion project at the Binjiang New Materials Industrial Park in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
