# Nifco Kumamoto expands EV plastic parts factory

Nifco Kumamoto will invest about 300 million yen to strengthen production of plastic parts for electric vehicles at its existing factory in Kikuchi, Kumamoto, Japan. Construction started in July 2024, aiming to increase production capacity by about 20% and sales to 6.1 billion yen by the fiscal year ending March 2027.
