# Tamagawa Seiki breaks ground on new sensor plant in Quang Ninh, Vietnam

Tamagawa Seiki's subsidiary TAMAGAWA VIETNAM CO., LTD held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 17, 2024 for a new factory in Amata City Ha Long Industrial Park, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The first phase will build a 1-hectare plant, with production of Singlsyn rotation sensors for EVs and HEVs expected to start in March 2025.
