# Primetals Technologies to supply Wuyang Iron and Steel with record-breaking continuous caster

Chinese steelmaker Wuyang Iron and Steel, a subsidiary of HBIS Group, has placed an order with Primetals Technologies for a single-strand continuous casting machine (CCM) with record-breaking features. The unit will be installed at Wuyang's plant in Wuhan, Hunan Province, and is scheduled to launch in 2025.
