# Hiab to acquire Swedish valve and remote control maker Olsbergs

Hiab agreed to buy the family-owned Swedish industrial group Olsbergs, which makes hydraulic valves and remote controls for its loader cranes. The closing is set for 1 January 2023, and all 100 Olsbergs employees will join Hiab. The value was not disclosed.
