Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire CVS Engineering GmbH, a Rheinfelden, Germany maker of industrial vacuum pumps and blowers for mobile use, which has 76 employees and about €20 million annual revenue. The purchase price was not disclosed and closing is expected in Q1 2023.
