# Polimex Mostostal and TEDOM form joint venture Polimex Energo

Polimex Mostostal SA and TEDOM a.s. launched a joint venture company, Polimex Energo sp. z o.o., to provide energy outsourcing services in high-efficiency cogeneration powered by natural gas, LPG, LNG, biogas or mine gas. The conditional agreement was signed on January 15, 2024, and the company started operations after antitrust clearance.
