GE Vernova's Gas Power business won a contract to supply 7HA.02 gas turbines and H65 generators for Korea Western Power's Gongju natural gas power plant in Gongju, South Korea, replacing an old coal-fired plant. The project is expected to produce 500 MW of power and target operation in 2027.
