# Newlyn PX opens multi-modal rail terminal in Bayhead, South Africa

Newlyn PX Terminal completed the last phase of its R2 billion multi-modal rail terminal in Bayhead near the Port of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, exceeding its initial pledge by R2.6 billion. President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to officially open the terminal on 4 April 2024.
