Versalis, Eni's chemical company, completed the acquisition of 100% of Tecnofilm S.p.A., a specialist in functionalised polyolefins and thermoplastic compounds for footwear and technical goods. The deal strengthens Versalis' downstream supply chain in elastomer-based compounding.
