Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) and Chinalco High-End Manufacturing Co., Ltd. plan to jointly invest CNY 480 million to establish a joint venture named Zhonglv Green Advanced Aluminum-based Materials (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. Chalco will contribute CNY 288 million (60%) and Chinalco High-End Manufacturing CNY 192 million (40%).
