# Mutares forms HILO Group as automotive technology supplier

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced the formation of HILO Group, a new holding company consolidating its portfolio companies KICO, ISH, PRINZ and High Precision Components to supply hinge and locking systems to OEMs. HILO Group plans revenues of approximately EUR 350 million in 2024 and employs 1,500 people at 10 locations.
