# Prysmian awarded €23.3M cable supply contract for Emirates Aluminum smelter

Prysmian signed a €23.3 million EPC contract with Emirates Aluminum Company Ltd. (EMAL) to supply and install high voltage cables for the world's largest aluminum smelter under construction in Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. The first cable connection is scheduled for end of 2008, and the last for January 2010.
