Shanxi Construction Investment Group (SCIG) and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG) completed the pilot test of the world's first vertical milling and cutting machine for mining at SCIG's plant in Taiyuan. The first batch will be used at a carnallite mine in Vientiane, Laos.
