# 壹石通 subsidiary to form JV in South Korea for silicone foam products

壹石通's wholly-owned subsidiary Yishitong Polymer plans to form a joint venture in South Korea with LK CELLTECH to produce and sell silicone foam and other ceramized polymer products. The JV will have registered capital of KRW 2.7 billion (about CNY 15.12 million), with Yishitong Polymer holding 51% and LK CELLTECH 49%.
