# Kurabo to build new high-performance resin processing facility in Kumamoto, Japan

Kurabo's Chemicals Division has started construction of a second building at its Kumamoto Plant in Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, to expand production of high-performance resin processed parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The investment is about JPY 3.1 billion, doubling capacity and development capabilities, with operations expected to start in April 2025.
