KGaA has completed the acquisition of assets of Holland Industrial Construction Systems Coöperatief U.A. and its subsidiaries, known as Byldis, a Dutch provider of off-site modular prefab construction for mid- and high-rise buildings. Byldis will become a new platform investment in Mutares' Engineering & Technology segment.
