The Dumarey Group has acquired ZF Bouthéon, a French plant producing transmissions for commercial vehicles, from ZF. The plant, to be renamed Dumarey Powerglide Bouthéon, will continue manufacturing transmissions for ZF until 2027 and employ over 300 people.
