# EPTA and Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions form joint venture

Italian group EPTA has signed an agreement with Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions to create a joint venture combining their commercial refrigeration activities in Central and Northern Europe. The new entity, led by EPTA, will have consolidated revenues of over €400 million and more than 1,600 employees.
