# Kunshan Huaqiao WWTP Phase II expansion completed

Beijing Enterprises Water Group completed the in-situ expansion of Kunshan Huaqiao Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II in Jiangsu province, doubling capacity to 62,500 tonnes/day without adding land. The project used BEWG's Kuoneng series technology and was completed in August 2022 with total investment of about CNY 136 million.
