# Epta acquires HEIFO refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation division in Germany

Epta S.p.A. acquired the refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation division of HEIFO GmbH & Co. KG, transferring all refrigeration activities to a new company, HEIFO Kältetechnik GmbH, now fully owned by Epta. The division generated about EUR 25 million in revenue in 2022 and employs over 120 staff.
